A minute doesn’t seem like a long time but on the Internet, when you have access to millions of websites and can blog with the click of a button, it can go a long way.

This neat infographic from Go-Globe shows just how much we can accomplish in 60 seconds on the Internet — from blogging to registering a domain to updating our Facebook statuses. It’s amazing to think of how many people are doing the same thing as you online, that very minute.

In 60 seconds, Facebook users rack up over 695,000 status updates, 79,364 Wall posts and 510,040 comments. iPhone users download over 13,000 apps, over 20,000 new posts are posted to Tumblr, and over 98,000 tweets are tweeted. On LinkedIn, more than 100 people sign up for new accounts and over 600 new videos are uploaded to YouTube. The number of Google searches per minute is also enormous with 694,445 queries.
