In a very interesting move, Apple released an all-new public firmware yesterday: iOS 9.3.1! Without even entering beta stages, iOS 9.3.1 was released just over a week after its predecessor (iOS 9.3), which will certainly impact jailbreaking on iOS 9.3 (and now higher).
